Welcome to the Ridoyar Alapon mobile application. By using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the application.

1. Account Creation and Security

To use the app, you must register by providing accurate information (Name, Phone Number, Gmail, etc.). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and OTP (One-Time Password). You shall be held strictly liable for all activities performed through your account.

2. Services

"Ridoyar Alapon" is a social communication platform providing messaging, audio/video calling, live streaming, and virtual coin services. The authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify services at any time without prior notice due to technical maintenance or any other reason.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As a user, you pledge not to engage in the following:

• Sharing any form of pornography, obscene images, videos, or texts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user.
• Promoting content that is anti-state or hurts religious sentiments.
• Attempting to hack the app's security or acquiring coins through unauthorized means.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Violation of any of the above rules grants the authority the right to permanently ban your account without any prior notice.

4. Virtual Coins and Recharge Policy (Revised)

• Non-Refundable: Once a coin recharge is successfully completed, it is traditionally non-refundable and cannot be directly returned as cash.
• Resale Facility: However, if a user no longer wishes to use their earned or purchased coins, they may sell those coins back to the authority (Sell-back), subject to current market value and the authority's specified terms.
• Selling Price Determination: Payment for sold coins will be made according to the "Selling Rate" fixed for the current period. This rate may differ from the recharge price, and the authority reserves the right to change this rate at any time.
• Payment Method: The proceeds from sold coins will be sent to the user's provided mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) number within a specified timeframe.

5. Live Streaming and User-Generated Content (UGC)

The responsibility for anything a user says or displays on a Live Board rests entirely with that user. "Ridoyar Alapon" authority shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from a user's personal financial transactions or any unethical relationships.

6. Intellectual Property

The name "Ridoyar Alapon," its logo, design, graphics, and source code are the exclusive property of the organization. Copying or using these without permission is a punishable offense by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, the organization shall not be liable to provide compensation if services are disrupted due to internet connectivity issues, server errors, or third-party technical problems.

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your accumulated coins and data will be automatically forfeited/cancelled.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through mutual discussion or through the courts of Bangladesh.

হৃদয়ের আলাপন মোবাইল অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলীতে একমত না হন, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

১. অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও নিরাপত্তা

• অ্যাপটি ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনাকে সঠিক তথ্য (নাম, ফোন নম্বর, জিমেইল ইত্যাদি) দিয়ে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড এবং ওটিপি (OTP) এর গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার।
• আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনি নিজে দায়ী থাকবেন।

২. সেবাসমূহ

"হৃদয়ের আলাপন" একটি সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম যা মেসেজিং, অডিও/ভিডিও কলিং, লাইভ স্ট্রিমিং এবং ভার্চুয়াল কয়েন সার্ভিস প্রদান করে। প্রযুক্তিগত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা অন্য কোনো কারণে কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় কোনো পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই সেবা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ ও নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম

ব্যবহারকারী হিসেবে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো না করার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছেন:

• কোনো ধরনের পর্নোগ্রাফি, অশ্লীল ছবি, ভিডিও বা টেক্সট শেয়ার করা।
• অন্য কোনো ব্যবহারকারীকে হয়রানি, হুমকি বা গালিগালাজ করা।
• রাষ্ট্রবিরোধী বা ধর্মীয় অনুভূতিতে আঘাত হানে এমন কোনো কন্টেন্ট প্রচার করা।
• অ্যাপের সিকিউরিটি হ্যাক করার চেষ্টা করা বা অননুমোদিত উপায়ে কয়েন অর্জন করা।

জিরো টলারেন্স নীতি: উপরের যেকোনো নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করলে কর্তৃপক্ষ কোনো নোটিশ ছাড়াই আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে নিষিদ্ধ (Ban) করার অধিকার রাখে।

৪. ভার্চুয়াল কয়েন ও রিচার্জ পলিসি (সংশোধিত)

• ফেরতযোগ্য নয়: একবার সফলভাবে কয়েন রিচার্জ সম্পন্ন হলে তা প্রথাগতভাবে কোনো রিফান্ড বা সরাসরি টাকা হিসেবে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• পুনঃবিক্রয় সুবিধা: তবে কোনো ব্যবহারকারী যদি তার অর্জিত বা কেনা কয়েন আর ব্যবহার করতে না চান, তবে তিনি বর্তমান বাজারমূল্য এবং কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্ধারিত শর্ত সাপেক্ষে সেই কয়েনগুলো কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে পুনরায় বিক্রি (Sell-back) করতে পারবেন।
• বিক্রয় মূল্য নির্ধারণ: কয়েন বিক্রির সময় বর্তমান সময়ের জন্য নির্ধারিত "বিক্রয় মূল্য" (Selling Rate) অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট করা হবে। এই মূল্য রিচার্জ মূল্যের চেয়ে ভিন্ন হতে পারে এবং কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় এই হার পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
• পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম: বিক্রয়কৃত কয়েনের টাকা ব্যবহারকারীর প্রদানকৃত মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেট) নাম্বারে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

৫. লাইভ স্ট্রিমিং ও ইউজার জেনারেটেড কন্টেন্ট (UGC)

লাইভ বোর্ডে ব্যবহারকারী যা বলবেন বা দেখাবেন, তার দায়ভার সম্পূর্ণ ওই ব্যবহারকারীর। কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত আর্থিক লেনদেন বা অনৈতিক সম্পর্কের ফলে কোনো ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হলে "হৃদয়ের আলাপন" কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

৬. ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি

"হৃদয়ের আলাপন" অ্যাপের নাম, লোগো, ডিজাইন, গ্রাফিক্স এবং সোর্স কোড প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিজস্ব সম্পদ। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি বা ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।

৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

আমরা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সেবার চেষ্টা করি, তবে ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ, সার্ভার ত্রুটি বা থার্ড-পার্টি টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার কারণে সেবা বিঘ্নিত হলে প্রতিষ্ঠান কোনো ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে বাধ্য থাকবে না।

৮. অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা

ব্যবহারকারী যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপের সেটিংস থেকে তার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেললে আপনার জমা থাকা কয়েন এবং তথ্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।

৯. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। কোনো বিবাদ সৃষ্টি হলে তা আলোচনার মাধ্যমে বা বাংলাদেশের আদালতের মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হবে।
